U.S. Rep. Lynn Jenkins spoke at a Tuesday Manhattan Chamber of Commerce luncheon. She says NBAF plans may be on hold because funding was removed from a House bill. She also repeated her opposition to moving any Guantanamo Bay detainees to Leavenworth.
