Ronnie Sardi: You don't need moves. You are not a professional dancer. Just go out on the dance floor and listen to the music. Do what you feel. Listen for a nice Bass riff and rhythm section. That sets the pace. Listen to the drummer, that sets the beat. Just be yourself. Nobody "knows how to dance", they just do it. When my daughter was 14 she asked me the same thing.
