Alberto Kozub: well there are basic principles of art which you need to know. you are not born with the skill to create art. you still need to learn.
Ira Porietis: Because even though art is based on creativity, there is science involved with it, such as the principles of design and color theory. In your context of discipline as a designer, there are rights and wrongs you have to tackle, such as proper typography and understanding human behavior when viewing art pieces (like flow of the eyes on visual objects in your piece)
