Cuc Gire: How do I 'flush DNS' when the message I receive is that my computer has pinged my DNS and receieved the reply that it does not respond. I never get that reply on Xp. Sorry to be a pain
Spencer Heidtbrink: It really isn't a network setup problem per se(your xp machines work,) but you may have some setting issues on your vista machine or tp link or both. Since its Vista machine, try turning off the firewall and see if that works. (ONLY TEMP) and then turn that firewall back on. The other thing with vista is that you have to categorize the type of connection. Is it a home network, work, public ect.Also try flushing your dns and register it again the next time you lose internet....Show more
