Arlene Maycumber: Unfortunately too many people only think that the"Maintenance required" light refers to oil changes. I think, in my opinion, since you've only had the car for 6 months, it would hurt to have a qualified dealer service department do what they do best and diagnose your car's maintenance needs with their technology. Changing the oil will likely be the basic need but for heaven's sake use synthetic, not petroleum based dino oil which is history - out with the horse & buggy....Show more
