Robt Betker: Yes there is. Personally I don't want my MP3 player and cell phone in one. I have a cell phone that can play MP3s and videos, but I rarely use those functions. I also have a PMP which plays my music and videos, which I use all the time. Why would I want them combined? So my battery can die quicker? I think you can get better features and more bang for your buck if they are kept separate.
