Virgil Loatman: What they want to know from other people is how your pet behaved. So, perhaps a former landlord could write you a pet reference letter or a former neighbor.
Launa Weingarten: Maybe you should have two references: 1) Old landlord saying stuff wasn't destroyed when you left, and 2) Your vet saying your animal is healthy and has no history of violence and is up to date on shots.
