Cherlyn Tefera: It means that within the office, many people from different cultures all work together, so it is thus 'multi (many) 'cultural' (cultures). It is a sign that the people who are employing are not racists and beleive that all people of all cultures have the right to work there, providing they can do the work propberly. It means that they are all equal withnn that environment.
